Authenticity Guarantee

At Kacy Beauty, a unit of Vermilion Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd., we only stock authentic products that are manufactured in our own facility or in our authorised manufacturing units. Prior to shipping, we conduct several levels of quality checks, eliminating any chances of counterfeit products.

All our products go through rigorous rounds of stability and testing. However, we still recommend you perform a patch test before using any product.

Returns Policy

Kacy Beauty offers its customers an easy return policy, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request within 48 hours of delivery. Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, missing, or wrong products.

Parcel unboxing video is mandatory. You must raise the return/replacement request within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

Step 1

Contact our Customer Support team via email (info@kacybeauty.com) within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Step 2

Provide your order ID and request for return/replacement/refund. Kindly email images of the product and brown shipping box, or share an unboxing video along with the invoice for reference.

Step 3

We will pick up the product within 2–4 business days. The refund or replacement process will be initiated once the product is received in its original packaging with seal, labels, and barcodes intact.

Special Instructions for Reverse Pickup

The reverse pickup will be assigned within 24–48 hours, and the product will be picked up in 2–4 working days.

After pickup along with the packaging box, proper due diligence of the received item(s) will be conducted at our warehouse, and refunds will be initiated.

Note:
• Replacement is subject to stock availability.
• If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued as per invoice.
• If a free gift is included, it must be returned along with the product.
• In case of multiple defective products, please register a single complaint.
• Returns can be created at the item level for multi-item orders.

Any product being returned must include all components, complimentary gifts, and original packaging.


Returns Will Not Be Accepted Under the Following Conditions
• Product damaged due to misuse/overuse
• Used or opened sealed products
• Change of mind (not liking / not required)
• Returned without original packaging, shipping box, price tags, labels, freebies, or accessories
• Serial number tampered
• Defective products not covered under manufacturer warranty
• Product altered or used
• Request initiated after 48 hours of delivery
• Free product provided by brand
• Products from kits/combos cannot be returned individually
• Missing items without proper unboxing video proof

For partial shipments, an unboxing video clearly showing missing items is required. Missing products will be delivered free of cost after verification. Entire shipment will not be taken in return.

Products under Sale or Clearance are not eligible for returns unless received damaged/defective or wrong product.


Terms & Conditions of Freebies
• Freebies are subject to availability
• Shades/products may be altered based on inventory
• Replacement or refund of freebies is not allowed
• These terms apply to vanity products as well


Refunds Policy

Refunds are processed within 15 days from the date Kacy Beauty receives the returned goods.
• Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days
• Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI using billing details shared by you.
• Process initiated within 7–10 business hours after receiving product and details
• Amount reflects within 2–3 business days

Note:
Cash-on-delivery charges and shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped.
• Cancellation allowed within 2 hours of order placement
• Email cancellation request to info@kacybeauty.com with reason
• Cancellation processed within 24 hours
• Refund issued within 24–48 business hours after cancellation

If cancellation is requested after dispatch, refund will be processed only after the product is received and verified at our warehouse (applicable only if cancellation request was made within 2 hours of order placement).

Note:
Any single product in a kit/set/value pack cannot be replaced or returned individually.
